CoderDojo Tucson hosted a hybrid GGJ Next event from 31 January—21 March 2026!

GGJ Next is a game jam for young people ages 10-18. It's a chance to learn about game design and development, meet new people, and have fun.

Workshop Schedule

All of this year's workshops were from 3-5pm MST.
Virtual meetings were online at the Google Meet link in the Google Classroom. Hybrid meetings were in-person at Martha Cooper Library and online in the Google Classroom.

  3. Friday, February 13th - Virtual: Game development tools
  4. Saturday, February 21st - Hybrid: Prototyping
  5. Wednesday, February 25th - Virtual: Playtesting and feedback
  6. Wednesday, March 4th - Virtual: Focus on game play
  7. Friday, March 13th - Virtual: Enhancing your game
  8. Saturday, March 21st - Hybrid: Final playtest and polish
